Dentistry website winners are in the pink!

A website that has only been up and running since the summer scooped top prize in the Dentistry.co.uk Website Awards.

The result was announced at the Dentistry Awards in Leicester’s Athena on Friday.

Dentistry.co.uk was looking for a website most likely to generate new patients for the practice – and Dereham Dental Health in Dereham in Norfolk fitted the bill perfectly with its innovative approach.

The dental team – all women – makes it a theme to dress in pink uniforms and the pink-themed site’s easy-to-use navigation flicks through Our Approach, In the Pink (a profile of every member), Adults, Children and Testimonials.

Principal dentist at the practice, Liz Says, said: It’s easy to use and was well thought out by my husband, Ian. The site focuses on us and out patients rather than the services we offer. It captures what we are about and it’s brought new patients in.’

‘A website is good from a marketing point of view, and we’ve had positive responses from current patients, too. It’s an important way of communicating quickly and easily with all your patients.

‘Thanks must go to Andy Woodrow for helping with the design and development of the site – some truly inspirational touches. And Vikki Harper for helping to make the words make sense – less is definitely more!’
