Cosmetic dentist offers free lip treatments for Valentine’s Day

A Liverpool dentist is offering free lip treatments to dental patients for Valentine’s Day.

Cosmetic dentist Tracey Bell is offering a Valentine’s gift for ladies wanting luscious lips in time for 14 February.

For two hours on Friday (12 February), she is offering free lip filler at her Hanover Street Clinic in the city for anyone searching for a perfect pout.

Dr Bell and her team will perform as many lip augmentations as they can between midday and 2pm in a bid to give as many ladies as is possible that perfect pout in time for Valentine’s.

Those who cannot be seen within the time limit will be given a special Valentine’s Gift bag containing a Tracey Bell lip gloss and 50% off voucher for lip augmentation with Tracey Bell.

Dr Bell, a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentists, said: ‘Us girls always want to look the best we possibly can – especially for our men on Valentine’s Day.

‘This fabulous filler creates the most beautiful, naturally full lips and a perfect Cupid’s Bow. What could be better for Valentine’s?

“This is my Valentine’s gift to the ladies of Liverpool – and to their fellas – full and luscious lips that are perfect for a Valentine’s smooch.

‘Love is in the air at Tracey Bell and we want to share the love with our gorgeous Liverpool girls.’

Meanwhile, a survey out this week suggests men and women across the UK will be doing all they can to plump up their lips and polish their smile in time for a Valentine’s Day kiss.

More than 70% of men and women agree they would much prefer to snuggle up to soft, voluptuous lips, with nearly 50% stating that cracked lips would be the biggest put off!

The survey reveals that nearly 40% of women would consider injectable lip treatments to make their lips feel more kissable and look more sensual.

This is echoed by a recent Unilever study which stated that a plumper pout can work wonders in helping women hide their age.

The survey, released today from the makers of Juvéderm Ultra Smile, quotes Dr Rita Rakus as saying: ‘I believe that when looking to enhance your smile it’s important to think about your lips as well as your teeth and, with more people recognising that, I think we’ll see more people starting to consider lip plumping injectable treatments, like the newly launched Juvéderm Ultra Smile. We may find that smiling is the new 2010 feature to focus on.’
