Are actor’s fangs a critique of Brit’s bad teeth?

Actor James Frain has revealed the reason behind his True Blood character’s extra-long fangs.

The actor, who played the vampire Franklin Mott in the third season of True Blood, was recently asked by Press Association if he believed that his fangs were a critique of the ‘bad teeth’ of the British.

He replied: ‘That is hilarious, I hadn’t thought of it before, I’m going to actually use that, that’s brilliant.’

He continued: ‘I had super-long fangs, extra-long fangs, I didn’t realise it until I saw everyone else’s fangs!’
