Long-time kit sponsors of some of Wingate and Finchley football teams, Henry Schein Minerva, is celebrating the under 18 team’s recent triumph in the Middlesex County Cup.
Henry Schein Minerva’s seven-year association with the club started following an approach from Keith Garber, dentist and partner at Howard Marshall Dentistry, one of the largest ‘mini corporates’ in the south of England.
Keith was looking for a kit sponsor for the club where he had recently started to manage one of the teams and having dealt with Henry Schein Minerva for many years he was aware of their work in the community.
Howard Marshall Dentistry has six practices throughout the south-east and a further six in the south west under the name Dr Michael Frain.
Keith Garber has been manager of various teams at Wingate and Finchley for around seven seasons.
He says: ‘Football is my escape from dentistry and although it is obviously a huge commitment, working with this team gives me great personal satisfaction. I would like to thank Henry Schein Minerva for their generous, on-going support of the club.’
Henry Schein Minerva organise numerous charity programmes through the Henry Schein Cares initiative, www.henryscheincares.com.
