Denplan has launched two new training courses to run at venues across the UK during 2012 – Maintaining Motivation and CQC Essentials.
Maintaining Motivation is an essential survival guide for any oral healthcare professional.
Denplan’s highly experienced trainers will work with the whole practice team to ensure your existing skills are fully used, while offering new skills to help you negotiate and communicate with colleagues, patients and CQC inspectors.
It also covers techniques to encourage patients to improve their oral health routine and take more responsibility for their ongoing dental health, plus how to keep yourself and others motivated.
Denplan’s new CQC Essentials course offers pragmatic and interactive guidance to help the whole dental team understand the ongoing CQC monitoring process.
It includes an overview of all 16 CQC standards, as well as issues such as confidentiality and data protection; child and vulnerable-adult protection; equality and diversity and how your whole team can work together to meet CQC requirements.
