Following the phenomenal success of its first Practice Managers’ Conference in Northamptonshire, The Business of Dentistry (BoD) organised a second event in Edinburgh to satisfy demand from practices in Scotland and the north, for another day full of dynamic and thought-provoking presentations, from business experts within the dental industry.
The one-day conference took place on 9 November at the King James Hotel and was hosted by Sheila Scott. It featured presentations specifically tailored to the requirements of practice managers. The day also featured short testimonials from practice managers who shared their invaluable experiences with the audience.
Sales director of Practice Plan Nigel Jones said, ‘It has been really beneficial for practice teams to hear from those who have actually experienced and translated theories into actions and seen results in their practice. The event was a real success and we have received some extremely positive feedback’.
Delegates found the networking during the day to be a really beneficial part of the whole event, especially for those people who attended by themselves.
