Early bird conference deadline looms

Prospective delegates for this year’s British Dental Conference and Exhibition have until 4 February to buy passes at early bird rates, the BDA is reminding the dental community.

After that date, prices increase for both dentists and DCPs.

Confirmed headline speakers for the event, which takes place at ExCeL, London, from 25-27 April, include US aesthetic expert Dr Robert Lowe, Dawson Academy Directory Dr Ian Buckle and endodontic practitioner Dr Mark Hunter.

Recent additions to the programme include a daily session considering the progress of the pilots for a new dental contract in England hosted by Dr John Milne, the Chair of the BDA’s General Dental Practice Committee. Another newly-added session will see British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry President Julian Caplan focus on dental photography. Details of the already-scheduled National Clinical Assessment Service (NCAS)-hosted session have also now been confirmed; it will be an interactive seminar looking at how dentists can avoid concerns being raised about their practice.

Further details and booking information are able on the event website: www.bda.org/conference.

Special booking offers include a free one-day Conference pass for BDA members, and a free DCP Conference pass for all dentists purchasing a two- or three-day Conference pass.
