Marking the end of Kerr’s very successful aesthetics roadshow, the finale on 6 March in London was a huge success.
Headed by leading light Dr Ron Jackson, the focus was on placing posterior composites more quickly, predictably and easily than ever before.
Combining lectures with hands-on sessions, participants heard, saw and performed different methods to help them develop a better understanding of how to apply new techniques in their practices.
One such technique covered by Ron was the use of posterior ‘fast composites’, at which point he introduced SonicFill. Since it can be difficult to get to grips with a new technique, the hands-on element ensured delegates acquired practical experience.
Mark Hargreaves of Kendrick View Dental Practice in Reading said of his experience of the day: ‘Ron Jackson has a well-deserved international reputation as an expert on composites and I was delighted to be able to hear him speak.
‘We enjoyed a solid and thorough presentation on composite bonding… and this was followed by an introduction to Sonic Fill; firstly by explanation, secondly by demonstration and, finally, by the chance to try it for ourselves. The supporting evidence for its performance and use was clear and sound.
‘Now, we’ve all made mistakes in the past buying products that end up at the back of a drawer and these days I’m hard to convince, but I was really impressed at the handling, speed and ease of use, and jumped at the chance to buy SonicFill and Kerr XTR bond for my practice.’
Closing the roadshow in style, all five world-renowned roadshow speakers – Chris Orr, David Winkler, Irfan Ahmad, Trevor Burke and Ron Jackson – joined forces for a question and answer session. This remarkable line-up of experts provided delegates with the perfect opportunity to hear different views, with the answers triggering a significant learning experience.
