Frank Taylor & Associates opens new regional office

Frank Taylor & Associates, valuers and sales agents of dental practices in the UK, have opened a regional office in Manchester to ensure they can offer support to both existing and new clients in northern parts of the UK.

Selling or buying a dental practice can be a big decision for many and for these people it can be beneficial to have someone on hand to guide them through the process. With this in mind Frank Taylor & Associates have decided to expand to open a new office that will focus on servicing the needs of both dental practice purchasers and vendors in the north. Frank Taylor & Associates currently have over 1,200 individuals registered, who are actively looking to purchase a dental practice in the North, as well as lots of practices currently for sale in the region.

Managing Director of Frank Taylor & Associates, Lis Hughes commented, 'We’re incredibly excited about the potential for this new office. It clearly demonstrates our ever-expanding focus on meeting the needs of our clients no matter where they are located across the country and we look forward to maximising the value of having a presence in the north. And it’s a good time to sell as the current market for dental practice sales is still fit and healthy and practices are selling for some staggering prices. One example is an NHS practice we marketed recently in the north west that proved very popular and saw the purchaser paying the equivalent of 155% for the goodwill!'

Based in Hertfordshire, Frank Taylor & Associates are specialist independent valuers and sales agents for the dental market. They offer a range of services to clients looking to sell their practice including arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and liaising with solicitors. Frank Taylor & Associates also provide funding guidance to support those looking to purchase a practice, as well as recruitment support through Browns Locumlink for those looking to take on new staff or get a new job.
