Dental Property Club launches new opportunities

The Dental Property Club is designed to share with members the information, expertise and knowledge that founder Harry Singh has gathered while building a property portfolio valued at around £7million.

The event involved renowned experts sharing secrets on the property market to empower dentists to create, build and manage their own property portfolio.

More than 50 dentists attended the well-received event.

Alun Rees, who runs Dental Business Partners to help dentists build their perfect practice, spoke on the subject of how to ‘Maximise your profits within dentistry’.

This session focused on how dentists can build a substantial business in independent dentistry at the same time as maintaining and developing their clinical skills.

Next was Tracy Stuart, a seasoned and proven practice development specialist for forward thinking.

‘Are you in business or just practising?’ asked Tracy. Tracy shared with delegates how to make the most of their marketing and convert calls and emails into accepted treatment plans.

Harry Singh, founder of the Dental Property Club was up next to share his story.

Harry was making good money, but it left him working long hours and missing out on both family and ‘me’ time. Even when Harry was away from the practice, he found himself thinking about patient emergencies or complaints, as well as staff issues.

Harry said: ‘Like many dentists, there was a time when I felt alone on a professional level and unhappy with my lifestyle.

‘I sought to make a change, so, as well as practising dentistry, I started to invest in property and stumbled upon some professional property secrets that helped to develop my business interests.

‘Now I would like to share my secrets with my dental colleagues through the Dental Property Club.’

Last to share his thoughts, Hemal Pandya, a full-time FX trader, money manager and coach, gave the audience an insight into the relevant tax regulations, emphasizing that: ‘Tax laws may change or differ depending on your personal circumstances, so do not act without getting professional, up-to-date advice.’

Delegates and speakers were invited afterwards to attend an informal networking and drinks reception.
