This is the first dental clinic in the north-east region to achieve the highest level of people management accreditation.
Queensway Dental Clinic, which employs more than 100 staff across its sites in Billingham and Darlington, joins the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believes in realising the potential of its teams.
The dental practice has been recognised for its commitment to developing and supporting its employees.

After renewing the Investors in People standard earlier this year, IIP was so impressed with the people management practices at Queensway that it re-assessed the clinic and awarded the highest accolade of gold.
