Niki is practice manager at Identity Individual Dental Care in Billingham, Stockton on Tees and lives in Thirsk, north Yorkshire, where she and her husband Mark run a guest house.
On her appointment as president, Niki said: ‘I’m delighted to be appointed as president of Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM).
'I first started to get involved with what was then BDPMA when I took on the role of practice manager in a Nottingham practice in 2001.
'From that very first meeting I found the opportunity to get together with other practice managers to be invaluable.
'My future plans for the association include creating more of those opportunities.
'It can be a challenging and sometimes lonely job as a practice manager, so being able to meet with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and learn from each other is always time well spent!'
