New partnership sees legal advice given to ADAM members

handshakeYorkshire-based law firm LCF Law’s specialist team of dental lawyers has formed a partnership with the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM) to provide legal advice and guidance to its UK members.

As part of the agreement, more than 750 of ADAM’s members can benefit from advice and consultation regarding any legal matter. They will also receive preferential terms on LCF Law’s extensive range of dental related legal services covering associate agreements, dental employment law, practice incorporations, compliance with the Care Quality Commission and the sale and acquisition of dental practices.

Niki Boersma, ADAM president, said: ‘The complexity of laws, regulations and recommendations that govern the day-to-day running of dental businesses has increased greatly in recent years. This is supplemented by many regulations and guidelines across a wide range of areas including the delivery of dental care, radiation protection, cross infection control and disposal of waste.

‘I’m delighted that ADAM is partnering with LCF Law, who are specialists in advising the dental health sector on the law and regulations governing the day-to-day running of dental businesses, and I’m sure these services will prove to be a welcome addition to the benefits of ADAM membership.’

Sarah Buxton, an associate at LCF Law added: ‘Our expert dental team has an unrivalled understanding of the dental industry and the laws and regulations that apply to the profession so we’re delighted to be working with ADAM and we’re looking forward to providing legal consultations to the organisation’s members.’
