Registration for the 8th International Orthodontic Congress (IOC) – organised by the British Orthodontic Society, to be held in London over 27-30 September 2015 – is now open.
The IOC takes place every five years and is jointly organised by the World Federation of Orthodontists.
Early-bird registration fees are on offer until 2 June 2015; registration fees will increase after this date. Watch the 8th IOC website at wfo2015london.org for registration details and other announcements.
Throughout the coming year, the BOS will announce program and social event highlights. During the 8th IOC, renowned experts will offer the latest developments in the specialty of orthodontics. Two parallel scientific programs will cater to orthodontists and allied health professionals, which include dental technicians, hygienists, dental attendants and office staff. Speakers and subjects for the Congress are added to the website as they are confirmed.
The 8th IOC will be held at ExCeL, London’s international exhibition and congress centre in Docklands, within easy reach of central London.
‘London will provide a stunning backdrop to this continuing-education event,’ said Dr Jonathan Sandler, chair of the 8th IOC organising committee. ‘This city has so much to offer by way of history and culture. The BOS looks forward to welcoming more than 10,000 orthodontists and allied health professionals to London in September 2015.’
