Free patient information leaflets

shutterstock_221281495The Association of Dental Implantology (ADI), the registered charity dedicated to educating the industry and patients about dental implants and related treatments, has recently sent a copy of its 16-page patient information guide to 22,000 dental professionals in the UK.

This Considering Dental Implants? booklet provides information for patients, explains the terminology, gives a basic overview of the implant process, and answers many frequently asked questions about the treatment.

As part of the ADI membership benefits, ADI members are now able to request 50 of these Considering Dental Implants? completely free.

All ADI members will receive an email with a link or can visit www.adi.org.uk/leaflets to order.

An online version of the leaflet can be viewed by everyone at http://bit.ly/adilflt.

In addition to this guide, the ADI has also launched a new website containing this information for patients – www.consideringdentalimplants.co.uk.

Here patients can see the information in different electronic formats and patients can even request that a hard copy of the leaflet is sent to them.

The ADI is a membership organisation that offer commercially unbiased education to the dental industry, through educational material and events including evening study clubs, masterclasses and the biennial ADI Team Congress.
