3shape just launched groundbreaking solutions for dental practices and labs.
3shape releases Trios 3 – a significantly smaller, lighter and faster version of its award-winning intraoral scanner and digital impression solution recently at the opening of the 36th International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne, Germany.
Trios 3, the third generation of its intraoral colour scanner and digital impression solution is now available in both a pen grip design, handle grip and chair mount version.
The new Trios 3 also features an intraoral camera integrated with the high-speed 3D colour intraoral scanner (digital impression solution) and a smaller and rounded scan tip for enhanced patient comfort.
3shape introduced two new lab scanners, the D2000 and D1000, recently at the Midwinter Meeting in Chicago.
The two scanners are equipped with four x 5.0 MP cameras and high-quality mechanics to improve scanning accuracy and the aforementioned new multi-line technology for increased scanning speeds.
All-in-One scanning and the D2000’s large interior space enables dental technicians to capture both the upper and lower models, inserted dies, and occlusion information in a single scan.
The technology also enables the D2000 scanner to ‘see’ around dies in the model so that there is no need in most cases to remove dies during scanning.
With the addition of the 3shape X1, the 3shape product portfolio will provide dental professionals with a complete range of digital imaging solutions to choose from.
The 3shape X1 enables CBCT, Panoramic, Cephelometric and Face scanning in one system.
