A teenage girl has been captured on film waking from general anaesthesia after undergoing wisdom teeth removal surgery, and believing she is Kylie Jenner.
In a viral Youtube video (below) the teenage girl, named Emma, wakes disorientated after surgery and tells her mother: ‘Im related to Kim Kardashian’.
Her eyes widen as she whispers: ‘Oh my gosh – I’m Kylie Jenner! Oh my gosh, I don’t know what to do!’
Emma’s amused mother asks the girl if she is mad at her, to which Emma replies: ‘Kind of! I can’t believe you didn’t tell me I’m a Jenner!’

Carrying on the charade, Emma’s mother asks: ‘So your dad is Caitlyn [Jenner]?’
Shocked at the apparent revelation, Emma tearfully exclaims: ‘My dad is Caitlyn Jenner?! Oh, my God. Oh no! I can’t believe this. Daddy is Caitlyn Jenner? Oh no! Does he know this?’
‘Are you Kris Jenner?’, she asks her mother, who assures her that she isn’t.
At the end of the three-and-a-half-minute video, Emma appears to accept her life as the 18-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.
‘I’m Kylie. I’m a model. I’m Kylie Jenner,’ she tells herself, before saying that she would ‘like to like to go home to my house, to my mansion.’
General anaesthesia
Confusion, disorientation, or difficulty thinking clearly are normal side effects experienced by patients waking from general anaesthesia.
Embodying a teenage reality star is, however, less common.
