The British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) has sold the rights for BDIA Dental Showcase to George Warman Publications – BDIA member and part of the Mark Allen Group, and a BDIA member – which will run the exhibition going forward.
BDIA president Mike Cann said: ‘Dental Showcase will benefit greatly from this new arrangement, providing fresh initiatives to maintain the show’s position as the market leader.
‘Working in partnership with George Warman and The Mark Allen Group is the perfect solution.
‘They run exhibitions and events across diverse sectors and I believe their experience and expertise will make BDIA Dental Showcase an event that will be the envy of most.’
BDIA Dental Showcase
Showcase will continue to be known as ‘BDIA Dental Showcase’ for at least five years and the BDIA will be working very closely with the Mark Allen Group to provide the best possible event for exhibitors and visitors in the future.
Stuart Thompson, managing director of George Warman Publications, added: ‘Running the exhibition in conjunction with the BDIA is a perfect addition to our dental product portfolio and I am delighted to have this opportunity to work closely with BDIA Showcase visitors and exhibitors to develop and grow the exhibition in these exciting times.’
George Warman Publications is the dental communications arm of the Mark Allen Group, and publishes magazines for dental professionals including Dental Update, The Dentist, Dental Nursing, and Orthodontic Update.
