New offerings from Wrigley Oral Healthcare Programme

Wrigley Oral Healthcare Programme (WOHP) is offering new patient materials and CPD modules to dental professionals on its website.

WOHP has developed new patient literature, including a leaflet for adult patients, explaining the impact eating and drinking on the go and eating acidic foods has on teeth.

A leaflet is also available to assist in conversations with younger patients that indicates the risks of tooth decay and provides tips to help them keep their smile bright and healthy.

If you’re looking for new ways to freshen up the waiting room, WOHP is offering a poster that highlights how chewing sugar-free gum after eating and drinking can help reduce the risk of tooth decay.

All the WOHP materials are free and available to download here.

Two new CPD modules are also now available – one focusing on the implications of poor oral health in younger patients and the need to install good oral health habits in children, and one providing information and practical advice on how to equip patients with the tools to improve and maintain their oral care routine.

These two extra modules mean that the WOHP CPD section now hosts 11 different modules, totalling 11 hours of free CPD.
