After graduating from Birmingham University Dental Hospital in 1996, Neel went on to attain a vocational training certificate in Norfolk. Wanting to broaden his skills he worked as a junior doctor in oral and maxillo-facial surgery at Lincoln Hospital.
Neel then worked in Sydney, Australia gaining a wide variety of experience. Upon his return, he practised in London and Middlesex and further trained completing his membership exams at the Royal College of Surgeons.
He then achieved his certificate in surgical implants at the Eastman Dental Institute and has also attained his masterclass certificate in facial aesthetics at the Royal College of Surgeons.
Neel has been a vocational trainer; teaching and mentoring young dentists. His ethos is to help young dentists has led him to be UK director of The Dentinal Tubules Study clubs. He also participates in several other study clubs including the London Fellowship and Pankey UK.
Neel contributes articles to several journals and has been on the judging panel of the Dentistry Awards.
