Peter Raftery

Peter Raftery BDentSc, MSc, MFDS, MClinDent, MRD, MEndo Peter graduated from the Trinity College, Dublin in 2003. He attended Oxford University on a rugby scholarship fulfilling an ambition to play in the Varsity match and collecting an MSc in Diagnostic Imaging. Following this he worked in senior house officer posts at Guy’s and Poole Hospitals. In 2007 he began full-time Specialist training at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London and over the course of this three year period, gained a Masters in Clinical Dentistry,and then the Membership in Restorative Dentistry (MRD) from Royal College of Surgeons in England (RCSEng) as well as the Membership in Endodontics (MEndo) from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh(RCSEd). With these qualifications he was enrolled onto the GDC Endodontics Specialist Register in 2012. Peter also works one day a week at the Portsmouth Dental Academy, supervising the King’s College London undergraduate student dentists.
