    The most impressive overall entry from each category will be named:

    • UK Dentistry best practice
    • UK Dentistry best team
    • UK Dentistry best young dentist

    NEW THIS YEAR - the Outstanding Achievement Award UK, and the winner of the dentistry.co.uk awards will also be announced at the ceremony

    Entry is £35 per category if you enter before 29 June 2008 and £50 after 29 June 2008. This is simply an administration fee.
    All shortlisted practices and/or individuals will be invited to the final awards ceremony in the heart of the UK on Friday 12th December 2008 (evening ceremony - last year over 600 people attended).
