Our client now requires a patient care advisor in London, this is an excellent opportunity for a dental nurse, senior nurse or a practice manager who wants a change of scenery.

Primary Objectives for the Patient Care Advisor

The primary objectives of the patient advisor is to encourage, educate and motivate patients by answering their inquiries and giving an overview of treatment options that results in them proceeding with booking a consultation and thereafter going ahead with treatment.

The primary objectives, responsibilities and key tasks will be evaluated by means of bi monthly reviews and annual appraisals:

·Offer suitable treatment plans to patients according to differing dental issues, following call structure in place.
·Discuss financial payment plan options
·Schedule patient consultations and follow up appointments
·Update patient database with patient activity such as initial consultations, cancellations and follow up appointments
·Compile and distribute patient appointment letters and reschedule appointments where applicable
·Distribute brochures where requested and follow up with phone calls to discuss any concerns and answer any questions.
·Respond to customer emails, live chat and voicemails in an informed and timely manner
·Correspond effectively and accurately with the dental team regarding patient progress and updates.
·Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
·Identify and escalate priority issues
·Participate in staff meetings
·General administrative duties ie: handling post, setting up spread sheets

Key tasks:
·Answer all patient contact in a professional manner
·Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion
·Provide customers with helpful and accurate treatment information
·Use good listening skills
·Build positive rapport with patients

SALARY £24,000pa
