This permanent opportunity is on apart-time basis, working Friday's,delivering NHS on a pilot site.

Oasis Dental Care (now part of Bupa) are currently looking for a Dentist to join our highly impressivePilot Practice in theKeswick (Cumbria / Lake District)

This is a highly exciting opportunity to work within Keswick’s only Pilot Practice and to become part of their highly experienced, friendly team.

ThePilotModel has various differences to the UDA model such as:

The Practices are not monitored on UDA delivery, they are monitored on numbers of patients seen and completed through an initial course of treatment
The model is focused around providing better oral health for patients
An Oral Health Assessment (OHA) is conducted at each examination (last 20 minutes)
Guaranteed use of a Therapist
The model offers excellent potential for private upgrades and conversions
