Practice Manager needed to start November for a practice in Liverpool
Must be an individual who has formidable organisational skills, great communication ability and an approach that keeps the people around them engaged and inspired.
The successful applicant will be required to manage the day to day running of the 4 surgery dental practice, which will also include keeping all policies and procedures up to date, organising continual staff training and appraisal, as well as ensuring the practice is fully CQC compliant.
Client will train the right candidate in all necessary areas, and there are opportunities for those seeking to develop their careers within this well established dental practice.
This is a part time role, and you would be required to work the three days around the practice needs.
3 day per week.
•Experienced UK Dental Practice Manager: 1 year
•Preferably N.V.Q in Management/Team leading
•Preferably N.V.Q in Dental Nursing
•Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Practice Principal, or Partners, or Local Management Structure , for the Practice.
•Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture.
•Administer the Practice budget based on the owner’s objectives and within the projected revenue.
•Participate in the development of the operating policies, and share in the development of strategic plans for the Practice.
•Participate in evaluation of the Practice against agreed organisational goals, business, and quality objectives.
•Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships, and establish good relationships with self-employed contractors working within the Practice.
•Administer and maintain a Risk Register covering all activities within the Practice and including Clinical, Legal and Human risks.
