This friendly, modern, state-of-the-art private practice located inside the Sainsbury’s supermarket in Woking, are looking to recruit for an experienced Practice Manager.

Suitable applicants must have dental experience and have managed a dental practice previously.
This is a full time role, and you would be required to work some evenings and occasional weekends.

Candidates must have :

•Formidable organisational skills, great communication ability and an approach that keeps all around them engaged and inspired.
•Confident and charismatic you will be comfortable engaging with the Sainsbury’s store senior management, and regularly attend their team meetings.
•You will possess drive and enthusiasm with a mind-set that means you are happy to do whatever task is necessary to make the practice work – whether taking telephone calls, community liaison or leafleting.
•Previous dental experience is desirable, but not essential. Management experience and good organisational skills are.

•Candidates will Coach, lead and develop clearly focussed, high performing teams.
•Ensure Front of House team members are reliable, efficient and provide a timely front of house service to ensure we exceed patient expectations at every visit and provide a first class customer experience.

•Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of new patient and income targets of the practice, including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, follow up, treatment planning and open courses of treatment.
•HR – team management: manage relationships with clinical teams, resolving all issues in an effective and timely manner,
•Ensure full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (i.e. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
•Registered with the CQC as the registered manager for the practice and accountable for the compliance with all CQC outcomes.
