There are 100 free places up for grabs for a dental webinar on wealth and relationship building.
The first in a new series of online lectures kicks off this Thursday (18 October) at 7pm with Wealth and Relationship Building.
Presented by Dr Mervyn Druian, he will talk about relationship building within the dental team and with those who have entrusted their dental care to you.
He argues that building good relationships will help you to grow your practice in today’s competitive private practice market.
He explained: ‘Today, patients have a vast choice of highly impressive private practices to choose from and exceptional customer service. A unique relationship with their chosen practice will not only ensure that they continually return but will lead to many referrals from their family and friends – can you afford to miss out on their business?’
Delegates will learn:
· How to build and enhance relationships within the team and with your patients
· Develop a practice philosophy
· Enhance the effectiveness of your team
· The value of careful case presentation
· How to increase case acceptance
· How to increase your practice profitability
