Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan had her wisdom teeth removed and left the Los Angeles surgery with a giant bandage wrapped around her jaw.

The 23-year-old was said to be very nervous before undergoing the procedure.

She told her Twitter followers (above): 'Night night... before I am bed ridden from getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow - wish me luck - I'm scared.'
