John Stamos

Actor John Stamos is to play a singing, wooing dentist in the TV hit show, Glee.

Emma (actress Jayma Mays) will reveal that she is dating her dentist, Carl Howell in the next series.

Stamos is best known for his roles on the television series Full House and ER and says that he hopes to sing and dance on Glee when he joins the cast of the show.

He adds: 'I started watching the show when they goofed on me and fell in love with Glee. I find it to be a celebration of diversity and I'm proud to be joining that whole extremely talented team.'
