Actress Hilary Duff spent the morning of her wedding at the dentist after accidentally chipping her tooth.

The star wed ice hockey player Mike Comrie in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday evening.

But the day was interrupted as she told OK! magazine.

'I started my day with a chipped tooth! My wedding planner snuck me out to the dentist! Thank goodness it was fixed within the hour.'
