It's your last chance to enter the Smile Awards – created to promote clinical excellence in facial aesthetics and to give dental professionals the chance to be rewarded for practising at the highest level.

The crème de la crème of cosmetic dentists will be descending on the prestigious five-star Landmark Hotel, a Grande Dame hotel in central London, on Friday 23 March 2012.

The evening will consist of a drinks reception, a delicious three-course meal and the awards presentation.

Entry cost is £50+VAT per category and full entries must be submitted by 18 November 2011.
