£500 prize for dental practice heroes

The Association of Dental Administrators and Managers has announced the first ADAM Awards, sponsored by Denplan.
These will be awarded to individuals within the practice administration team who demonstrate commitment to their ever-changing roles.
Each category winner will receive a cheque for £500, an engraved award and a framed certificate, which will be presented at the ADAM conference dinner and awards ceremony in Harrogate on Saturday 19 May.
Jill Taylor, ADAM president, said: ‘Practice managers, administrators and treatment co-ordinators play a vital role and can make a tremendous difference to the success of a dental practice. We feel that their hard work and dedication deserves to be officially recognised.'
The judging panel consists of Denplan's chief dental officer, Roger Matthews, Jill Taylor and ADAM's honorary vice-president, Hew Mathewson.
The deadline for entries is 14 February 2012 and an application form is available to download.
