Dental thought of the day

Listening is an essential skill and it separates the very best from the rest.

In social and business situations there is an example that illustrates my point beautifully. You are introduced to a number of strangers and immediately after the introductions, you cannot recall one name. The very best can remember one, two or all the names. They listen.

So little time is dedicated to listening because it is easier and more fulfilling to talk.
