Business of Dentistry Events help dental professionals to get social media savvy

After the recent success of their inaugural social media event entitled ‘The Ultimate Social Media Workshop’, Business of Dentistry Events have just announced they will be adding four more dates to their calendar, taking the workshop to Bristol, Heathrow, Leeds and Solihull throughout September and October.

The workshops will be hosted by Brendon Macdonald, Chief Engagement Officer of ApexHub, a leading social media agency specialising in the dental industry, helping attendees to understand what is integrated and interesting content to use on social media and how this can be used to multiply opportunities to engage with target audiences.

With over 1 billion users on Facebook and 10 million active users on Twitter in the UK, it’s no surprise that social media is becoming an increasingly popular topic of interest for the dental industry. Practices across the world are finding that social media is a fantastic avenue to communicate with both current and potential patients and that it shouldn’t be used as an overt sales tool.
