Air filtration and extraction specialist, Widespread Solutions (WS), has appointed Metrodent Ltd as sole distributor of its products to the dental market.

The partnership will see dental supplies expert Metrodent distribute a series of WS products, namely air filtration and extraction units that can be used by dental technicians and larger-scale laboratories to remove harmful particulates from their work spaces.


The TechFlo range, already popular in the dental market; will largely be used as a simple, effective solution to the persistent problem of airborne monomers, dust and other particulates prevalent when manufacturing dental appliances.


The full WS range of booths and extraction units are fully compliant with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) legislation, so in purchasing one, laboratories and surgeries are ensuring that they meet industry standards, protect their staff and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
