This year’s Dental Protection review will help dentists to identify problems before they arise and to successfully deal with patient complaints, according to the defence organisation.
What the Patient Did Next looks at the dynamics involved in the relationship between the dentist and the patient.
Kevin Lewis, director of Dental Protection, said: ‘There is every need for the dental team to develop a working knowledge of how and why people react and how they can influence these relationships.’
