This is a personal service and relates to the improved management of the practice. A report with recommendations is not all we offer; we come into your practice and introduce the new systems for you, leaving you to concentrate on the clinical side. We manage the compilation of a Practice Policy File, which records all management systems and can be used as a benchmark for your staff.

2. Libran introduction of a Bespoke Patient Payment Plan

- Your admin/ worldwide accident & emergency insurance costs will be approx. £1 per patient per month
- Libran manages the transition to your own plan.
- Libran manages the transfer from NHS to an independent service
- Independent practices who have patient apathy about attending find a plan solves this problem
3. Libran offers support for new Principal Dentists.
This service is mostly used by dentists who are becoming principals for the first time. As all situations are different a complimentary meeting is held to agree upon the amount of support needed before beginning working together. This service can be invaluable for new principals because of the lack of experience they experience. Although a fee is charged for this service, the time and stress saved by the new principal has proved very beneficial.
