Established in 1982, Knight Dental Design Ltd is owned and run
by Tony and Dorothy Knight. Tony heads the small technical team
at the South London laboratory, supplying clients all over the UK
and Ireland. Dorothy ensures the smooth operation of the
administration and customer services.
A pioneer of aesthetic dentistry in the UK, the laboratory has
restored many famous smiles and works closely with some of the
country’s leading cosmetic dentists. Tony Knight lectures on
cosmetic dentistry and was a speaker at the recent World Aesthetic
Congress.

Cosmetic simulations
A picture really is worth a thousand words. This is proved by the
hundreds of patients who opt for our cosmetic simulation service
each year. Compelling and clinically accurate, our digitally
prepared ‘before’ and ‘after’ images allow patients to envisage the
improvements that could be made to their own smile before
commencing treatment. More than just a powerful sales tool,
cosmetic simulations allow us to explore and illustrate aesthetic
solutions at minimal cost.

Products
From a single inlay to a full mouth implant reconstruction, the
laboratory provides the widest selection of aesthetic materials and
options. All major implant systems are supported.
The in-house KaVo CAD/CAM system enables us to design and
mill high-strength zirconia, titanium and e.max substructures to
our own high specifications.
Working Times
Laboratory working times are from seven to 10 days, depending
on case size, plus postage time. We operate a freepost service
within the UK. Cases are returned by recorded delivery. Express
cases by arrangement.
