Following the launch of a new office in Holland in 2010 and the appointment of new Sales Manager, Nick Miedzianowski-Sinclair, Micro Minder is pleased to announce a number of new product innovations together with an enhancement to their support service to practices, all aimed at enhancing the proven Micro Minder offering and providing added value in dental electronics to UK and Ireland Dentistry.

The first of these is the launch of their new E-Commerce website, providing dental practices with the opportunity to buy the latest IT products and dental electronic innovations online. This new website invites existing and new Micro Minder clients to purchase a number of IT and dental electronics products at the click of a button, meaning that you can equip your dental practice with the latest technology without even leaving your chair!  With detailed explanations of each product available you have the peace of mind that your purchase is not only easy to make but is the right one.  

In response to demand from their clients Micro Minder is now offering all their IT maintenance membership, additional IT support outside of what has been regarded as standard working hours of 09:00 - 17:30. Extended hours give practices additional peace of mind that should their IT systems fail them, Micro Minder will be on hand to solve the problem right away, ensuring there is little or no disruption to them.

Prices start at just £17 per month (including VAT) for a server for Standard Support now available Monday to Friday, from 8am- 6pm, and £22 per month (including VAT) for the Premium Support service which includes Saturday 9.30am - 12.30pm.
