Delegates will gain understanding on a wide range of financial and employment issues relevant to running a practice by attending a finance and practice management course from UCL Eastman CPD.
Practice owners and associates will learn the fundamental principles of: understanding accounts; budget and fee setting; taxation; employment issues; buying and selling a practice.
Participants will gain insight from a variety of professionals, including accountants, solicitors, financial advisors and bank managers, and benefit from their extensive experience of working with dental practices.
Highly interactive, the course teaches delegates how to apply the fundamental principles to dental practices. They will analyse sets of accounts, prepare budgets and employment contracts, and decide whether or not a given practice would make a suitable purchase.
