Employees stick with dental plans

In a recent survey conducted by Dental Plan, 63% of employees without a dental plan saying they would consider one if their employer offered it. The survey also highlights that 78% of employees attend the dentist at least once every two years.
 
Over 500 employee benefit decision makers and more than 4,000 UK adults responded to this year’s surveys. The 2013 survey also highlighted that 24% of employees agree that issues accessing NHS dentists are impacting their oral health and 69% of employers believe that a dental plan enhances employee wellbeing.
