A revolution in implant motor design

The Ichiropro by Bien-Air is a revolutionary physiodispenser, controlled from an iPad and equipped with some of the best-performing attachments designed.

This device has been on the market for 18 months. Like the Apple iPad, the App that drives the implant motor has grown and evolved.

Simple to use, the intuitive, ergonomic application ensures significant time savings during operations. Available free from the Apple App store, the Ichiropro application opens up numerous avenues in terms of customisation options. New innovative functions are added approximately every six – 10 months and available free of charge to guarantee users a simple, ergonomic and up-to-date experience.

Easy to control

Controlling the Ichiropro, the iPad is no mere gadget. It enables brand new, practical functions, as well as being even simpler than ever to use.

The multi-user Ichiropro incorporates the complete sequences of the leading implant manufacturers. It also offers the option of saving and exporting operation data, in the form of graphics and tables. This data is attached to the patient file built into the control interface. It is the only device that allows users to save, export and print all operation parameters, whilst documenting these with the patient data and the implants used. It includes a database featuring the main brands of implant on the market as well as their predefined settings, making it a quick and high-performance tool. The application also allows multiple users to customise and store their own sequences.

Updates

The next App update, which will be available free of charge in April, will include preplanning of patient’s implant placements, ability to record the placement of multiple implants in the patient file and a new look and feel to the application.

The Ichiropro is now supplied with a new lightening connection. It is currently controlled by the iPad 4, from mid March it will be able to be controlled by both the iPad 4 and iPad Air.

Its CA 20:1 L Micro-Series contra-angle handpiece is equipped with an internal irrigation system for greater comfort and has one of the smallest heads of any implant handpiece on the market.

The Ichiropro is provided with the powerful MXi Micromotor with lifetime-lubricated ceramic ball bearings to ensure an exceptional service life, with no maintenance required.

The Ichiropro has been successfully approved as a class II medical device. That said, the iPad is a control interface function, while the motor and its various peripherals are controlled by the system’s electronics. It is also possible to apply a sterile film to the touchscreen display. Once the implant sequences have been saved, the Ichiropro can be controlled from the footpedal alone. Ichiropro maintains our high-end product positioning and the excellent level of quality of our ‘Swiss made’ products. We continue to focus on innovative and hightech developments with the ultimate goal of simplifying practitioner’s work.
