The taster sessions will offer attendees the chance to visit the institute’s facilities, meet staff and students and find out more about the postgraduate diploma programme in person.
UCL Eastman Dental Institute’s implant dentistry PG Dip is a part-time, three-year postgraduate diploma designed for dentists with little or no experience in implant dentistry. It will enable you to comprehensively diagnose, treatment plan and treat, within the scope of your ability, patients in need of implant-based prosthodontic treatment.
The institute is hosting two taster days (with three hours CPD) – one on Tuesday 31 January 2017 and the other on Tuesday 16 May 2017.
The taster sessions will take place in the afternoon with registration starting at 1:45pm. After an introduction and programme overview from Dr Dev Patel, programme director, attendees will learn practical tips in implant dentistry followed by a tour of the facilities. There will also be the opportunity to meet with teaching staff and current students and have any questions answered in a dedicated Q&A session.
Both days will take place at the UCL Eastman CPD site, 123 Gray’s Inn Road in London, and are aimed at students interested in starting the programmes in September 2017.
Those interested in attending must reserve their place in advance by emailing [email protected]..
Attendee will receive a certificate for three verifiable CPD hours at the end of the day.
