A decade in Dentale

decade-of-dentale-light-gold-foilDentale training clinics are celebrating a decade since being established in 2007.

The training clinics offer a wider portfolio for implant dentists and their teams, such as sinus lifts, osseodensification, guided implant surgery and laboratory courses, just to name a few of the courses available over 2017.

In addition to our week long introductory and 10-day practical advanced course, we are pleased to tell you about our extensive course offerings during 2017.

What’s on in 2017?

Available for the whole team, we offer an introductory implant nurse course led by Dr Zoe Wray BDS MFGDP MSc. Not only will your nurse learn about surgery setup, they will even get to place an implant on pigs heads and models, allowing understanding of the implant process. A theory-based treatment coordinator course complements this, enabling your nurse to aid with consultations and add value to the patient’s journey.

A new addition this year is a reception course titled ‘Gateway to your practice’. This half-day course is all about creating the right impression at the vital first point of contact.

A laboratory course for dentists and technicians will look at abutment choice, accurate impressions, custom abutments and screw versus cement-retained restorations. This course is to aid communication between the dentist and their technician and there is a reduced price for those that attend together. This course is presented by Garran Fletcher and Mark Lester.

The renowned Bob Convissar and Salah Huwais, both from the United States, will be coming to the UK to lead courses on laser dentistry and the Versah osseodensification drills respectively.

With phantom head facilities and live surgery links, Dentale aims to enhance your learning by making the courses informative, relaxed and fun.

Our sinus lift course is now available in Scotland for the first time and the cost of the course includes a DASK kit. This course is hands-on and practical with a live demonstration patient. This course also features theoretical knowledge necessary for those wanting to carry out sinus lifts.

Ever wondered how to utilise mini implants and their indication in the atrophic ridge? Dr Anil Shrestha will be delivering this one-day course in three locations over 2017.

A full list of course titles can be found at www.dentale.co.uk.

Prices are competitive and all courses include lunch and refreshments.
