Key speakers
Dr Harry Singh
Harry qualified from Leeds Dental School in 1996. He opened an award-winning private practice called Aesthetics in Herfordshire. During this time he started investing in property and by chance stumbled upon the professional property secrets and in two years managed to buy and hold 27 properties and sell six properties. The profits from his property deals allowed him to buy into dental practices and set up two squat practices. He set up the Dental Property Club to help dentists invest directly in property via his educational seminars or indirectly via his investment scheme.
Susan Delahunty – FTA financial and wealth management
Sue holds the diploma in investment planning and has been awarded professional financial adviser status by the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. She has been a financial adviser for over 35 years, having dedicated the past decade to working with business professionals and their families. Sue is also a qualified Will writer. Professional memberships include The Personal Finance Society, Chartered Institute of Bankers, Chartered Insurance Institute and the Society of Will Writers.
Adam Adam Brookbanks – FTA financial and wealth management
Adam holds the diploma for financial adviser and has been awarded professional status by the Institute of Financial Services. Adam offers holistic advice to individuals and businesses, specialising in investments, pension planning and tax-efficiency strategies. Adam is very proficient at overall investment planning and portfolio diversification and can help you harness your investments to the best of their capability.
Lis Hughes – Frank Taylor & Associates
Lis is managing director of Frank Taylor & Associates, one of the UK’s most successful sales agents. Lis has worked in the dental sector for many years and offers a depth of understanding in what does and does not work and which pitfalls are best avoided when buying or selling a dental practice. Working with both vendors and purchasers during a transaction, Lis has a recognised knowledge and understanding of the business side of dentistry.
