Brent Sercombe has returned to Dental Directory with a vision to be braver and return the dental supplier to its roots
Sercombe was Dental Directory’s head of sales from 2013 to 2016. He has since gone on to take up key leadership and sales roles, including most recently managing director of Medifinance Ltd.
Inspired to return to Dental Directory under the new leadership of managing director Paul Adams, Sercombe as sales director will be instrumental in a number of exciting new projects which aim to transform customer experience and the brand’s market position.
Commenting on his appointment with Dental Directory Sercombe commented: ‘It feels great to be back.
‘Under Paul’s leadership I felt it was time to return as we share a vision to return to that heritage and be braver and more brilliant in everything we do.
‘We’ve already invested significantly in innovative new technologies across the whole business and in our people and we have some exciting and industry challenging plans – but I’ll keep those up my sleeve for now. Watch this space.’
The appointment of Sercombe follows the announcement of Dental Directory’s multi-million pound investment in its back-end infrastructure to ensure market-leading levels of customer service.
