Dentina has acquired the Clifton Dental Surgery in Clifton Village which specialises in general, cosmetic and implant surgery.
The purchase takes the total number of staff employed by the group to 85.
The company has also launched the Bristol and Southwest Specialist Dental and Implant Centre which is a multidisciplinary practice and referral service in Parrys Lane that features state-of-the-art facilities.
A special dinner was held at the Concorde Conference Centre in Bristol to celebrate the launch of the new service with more than 100 guests, including many dentists.
Practitioners from the referral centre, who are all leading clinicians in their fields, spoke about the latest cutting-edge techniques in dental medicine.
Alex Hall, a partner in Meade King’s company and commercial team, advised Dentina on all legal aspects of the purchase of the Clifton Dental Surgery.
The law firm is recognised for the commercial and regulatory advice it provides to dentists.
Dr Touraj Razavi, a dental implant surgeon who founded Dentina, said: ‘We have been working very closely and successfully with Alex and his team at Meade King who provide a five-star service.
‘It’s no exaggeration to say that the expert legal advice we have received from them has been absolutely fundamental to the growth of the business.’
Alex Hall added: ‘We’re delighted to have advised Touraj on his latest and recent acquisitions, and we wish him continued success in the future.
‘Meade King has completed the sale or purchase of more than 360 dental practices to date and we are currently advising on a further 89.’
