FMC offers you a helping hand
FMC explains how it can help dental professionals while the coronavirus puts the country on lockdown.
During this challenging and unprecedented time, the GDC suggested that dental professionals can use other forms to keep up-to-date with their CPD, whilst also making it clear that nobody will be removed from the register due to a lack of access to CPD. ‘In general, any set-back related to the pandemic will be considered sympathetically if 2020 CPD requirements cannot be met,’ the GDC said.
With this in mind, FMC has put together a subscription offer to help you gain all of your CPD. It will help enhance your skills and develop ideas that might help you recover from any negative effects your practice may incur over the coming weeks.
To help and support you FMC has dramatically reduced the subscription rates on all its journals. This ensures we have the lowest price available from any CPD provider in the UK.
Subscriptions start from only £8 per year:
- Nine hours of enhanced CPD for dentists or 15 hours of enhanced CPD for members of the team
- All eight recommended subjects for 2020. This includes: medical emergencies (2hrs), disinfection and decontamination, materials and equipment (technicians only), radiography and radiation protection, legal and ethical issues, complaints handling, oral cancer: early detection, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and safeguarding children and young people
Your subscription will give you access to our simple online platform making it easy to start wherever you are. Your online account will give you access to any CPD certificates you have earned. It will also help you create your own personal development plan.
Furthermore, you can add any of our clinical journals to your CPD subscription for just £25 per year, per magazine. These high-quality journals are packed with hints and tips to help inspire your practice to increase revenue. Choose from Aesthetic Dentistry Today, Endodontic Practice, Implant Dentistry Today, Oral Health or Orthodontic Practice.
We are limiting this offer to the first 250 practices who call in, so please contact the team on 01923 851 732 and talk to one of our professional development consultants today to see how we can help you during these challenging times.
