Preparing to reopen – the importance of training and diary zoning

Michael Bentley talks to Les Jones about what practice owners and managers, if they have not been furloughed, can do now so they’re ready for reopening.

Among those are zoning the diary. This can take into account the potential need for longer appointments and also prioritising certain patient groups. It can also take into account training staff for the new types of conversations they may well be having with patients.

In the full interview, which you can view here, Michael also discusses CQC audits, new patient enquiries and marketing.
