Clinical Skills Day – how to build a stronger and more crisis-resistant practice
COVID-19 has had a significant impact on practices’ finances that could not have been predicted just six months ago.
However, practices with a well-populated plan membership have generally fared well. The vast majority of plan patients remain loyal to their practice. They continue to pay their monthly fee.
During a webinar for Dentistry’s Clinical Skills Day on Friday 12 June, Practice Plan’s Les Jones, creative director; Nigel Jones, sales and marketing director; and Matt Hadman, regional support manager, will discuss:
- The evidence for this
- The key principles for building a successful plan in your practice
- How to communicate with your patients to help grow your plan.
